POOR
QUALITY: Do you have a disappointing digital photo because of
poor lighting? A poor quality image (above left) is too dark,
has jpeg artifacts (speckles) and a greenish tone.
Just
lightening the image will not do away with the artifacts or the
color problems. What about the "despeckle" filter? It
may wipe out desirable details as well.
The
corrected image has been adjusted and retouched to eliminate the
flaws and improve the quality markedly, while retaining details.
